Reclaiming Story Counseling

I work with individuals ages 15 and up, including college students struggling with relationships or family dynamics, adults navigating dating or remarriage, spouses of alcoholics, those recovering from affairs or emotionally abusive relationships, and anyone seeking to improve communication and connection in their intimate relationships. Both men and women need a space to explore, unpack, grieve, and grow. My approach is deeply rooted in Attachment Theory, Family Systems, and Trauma work, helping you understand the patterns that shape your relationships and emotional life. I also integrate Byron Kehler’s Story Informed Trauma Therapy, which focuses on healing wounds from past experiences by recognizing how they continue to affect you today. Because of my seminary training, I offer a unique approach to counseling, integrating Christian spiritual practices for clients who desire faith-based support in their healing journey.
